Terms of Service

HubRipple is a social media management service operated by V3Ads LLC ("HubRipple", "we", "us"). It lets you plan, schedule, publish, monitor and analyze content across third-party social networks (each, a "Platform") from one account at app.hubripple.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you use HubRipple on behalf of a business or community, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

You connect Platform accounts through each Platform's official authorization flow. You must only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you are responsible for everything published through your HubRipple account, including content scheduled by team members you invite. Keep your login credentials confidential; notify us promptly at support@hubripple.com of any unauthorized use.

You retain all rights to the text, images, video and other material you upload or create in HubRipple ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, format and transmit Your Content solely to operate the service — for example, resizing media to a Platform's specifications and publishing it at the times you schedule. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models.

You agree not to use HubRipple to: (a) publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harassing content; (b) send spam or operate automation that violates a Platform's terms or policies, including engagement manipulation; (c) impersonate another person or brand; or (d) attempt to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service. The Platforms enforce their own rules independently — a Platform may restrict or remove content or accounts at its sole discretion, and HubRipple is not responsible for Platform enforcement actions.

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment processor on the cycle you select. Plan features and limits (connected accounts, scheduled posts, team seats, AI usage) are described at checkout and inside the app. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and scheduled posts will not publish after your plan lapses. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Drafting and optimization features are provided by third-party AI providers using the material you supply. AI output is a starting draft: you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published. AI suggestions may occasionally be inaccurate or unsuitable, and no AI feature makes decisions on your behalf — publishing always follows your schedules and rules.

HubRipple's AI features run on credits from your account balance. Each plan includes a monthly allowance — 200 credits on Starter, 1,000 on Growth, and 5,000 on Hub Pro — added at the start of each billing cycle. Allowance credits do not roll over: any allowance left at the end of a cycle expires when the next cycle begins. Credits bought in a pack never expire. Credits are spent only on AI actions, at the rate shown before you generate; a generation that fails is not charged. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not refundable except where the law requires it.

We work to keep HubRipple available and its Platform connections current, but the service depends on third-party APIs that change without notice. Features may be interrupted, degraded or discontinued when a Platform alters its API or policies. We may update the service and these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app before they take effect.

You may close your account at any time from within the app or by writing to support@hubripple.com. On closure we disconnect your Platform authorizations and delete or anonymize your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
