Privacy Policy
Effective: October 21, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026
1What this policy covers
This policy explains what HubRipple — operated by V3Ads LLC — collects when you use hubripple.com and app.hubripple.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to HubRipple account holders and to the workspaces and connected social accounts they manage. It does not govern the social Platforms themselves — content you publish through HubRipple is also subject to each Platform's own privacy policy.
2Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, workspace details and billing information (payments are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers).
Connected Platform data. When you connect a social account, the Platform gives us an access token and the data needed to operate the service: profile identifiers, the content you create and schedule, media you upload, comments and direct messages for accounts you route to the inbox, and performance metrics for your analytics and reports.
Usage data. Log and device information (IP address, browser type, pages used, feature activity) that helps us secure and improve the service.
3How we use it
We use this information to provide the service (publishing, scheduling, inbox aggregation, automations and reports you configure), to maintain Platform connections, to process payments, to send service messages and the reports you schedule, to protect accounts against abuse, and to improve HubRipple. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your content or your connected accounts' data to train AI models.
4Messages and audience data
When you use the unified inbox or comment/DM automations, we process messages sent to your connected accounts solely to display them to you, apply the automation rules you set, and keep records of those conversations inside your workspace. The people who message your accounts interact with you and the Platform; HubRipple acts as your processor for that data.
5Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run HubRipple — hosting, payment processing, email delivery and the AI providers behind drafting features (which receive only the material you put into a draft request) — and with the Platforms, as required to publish and operate your connected accounts. We may disclose information where required by law. Providers are bound by contract to use data only for the services they perform for us.
6Retention and deletion
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active. Disconnecting a Platform account stops new data collection from it and revokes our access token. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data and stored content within 30 days, except records we must retain for legal, security or accounting reasons. Published content on a Platform is controlled by that Platform and is not removed by closing your HubRipple account.
7Security
Platform access tokens and credentials are stored encrypted, access within our team is limited to what support and operations require, and connections use encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify account holders of a breach affecting their data as required by law.
8Your rights and choices
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal information by writing to support@hubripple.com, and you can disconnect any Platform account or opt out of marketing email at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we honor verified requests within the time those laws require.
9Changes and contact
We will announce material changes to this policy by email or in the app before they take effect. Questions or requests: support@hubripple.com or info@hubripple.com.
